'Louis Vuitton' fake condoms: Can you fashionably fake it in bed?

Fashion protection does not come cheap though,  price - $68

In a contraceptive development, Louis Vuitton-inspired condoms have been unveiled to satisfy your designer desires.

Georgia Republic architect  Irakli Kiziria is behind the knock-off anti-knocking up condoms  who collaborated with Design Provocation to create the condoms for World AIDS Day in December and donate the proceeds to The Foundation For AIDS Research. The Richard Nicholl bags are a collaboration with Tusting using their own designs - check them out at tusting.co.uk, well worth a visit.

Presented in trademark recognizable wrappers printed with LV's iconic brown monogram, the sheaths are embossed with the 'Louis Vuitton' logo and priced at $68 each (not exactly vendor friendly) and not too surprisingly, the luxury French fashion house have declined to comment on this new fashion-conscious loving trend that appears to be sweeping the nation.

Would you be more inclined to bring draw out your fake LV condoms and promote your fashion savvy side or be more impressed if your lover produced them?

Vodafone and designer Richard Nicoll introduce smartphone-charging handbag

Richard Nicoll & Vodafone smartphone charging handbag
Well I don't think it is a secret anymore how much I love handbags and my gadgets, so when I heard that Vodafone had put my two favourite loves in one, I had to check it out...and here it is.

Fashion designer Richard Nicoll and telecoms giant Vodafone have designed a bag that does exactly. A smartphone handbag that charges all on it's own. No more having to rush phone calls because your battery is low, conversations that last as long as we ladies want them.

The handbag was unveiled at London Fashion Week (February 2012) and can be charged via a magnetic induction cable. Once it is fully charged and ready to go you can plug in your Blackberry, iPhone or Android to reportedly get "several days worth" of power.

The handbag boasts a discreet internal pocket for holding the device whilst charging but you do have to plug it in as there is no charging capability inside the bag itself. But there is a pretty cool bluetooth activated LED 'charm' that lights up when you receive a message or call.

For those lovers of gadgets and fashion the smartphone charging handbag could be the answer, I am loving both the shape and size, what's your thoughts?
